3. What RSG does
RSG connects recruitment businesses with independent providers of services such as payroll, recruitment technology, funding, insurance, compliance and other business solutions. Unless expressly agreed in writing, RSG acts as an introducer rather than the supplier of those services. Information on this website is general information and is not financial, legal, insurance or other regulated advice.
4. Third-party providers and introductions
Providers are independent businesses. Any contract for a provider’s products or services will be between you and that provider, subject to its own terms. You should undertake your own checks and obtain professional advice where appropriate. An introduction is not a guarantee of suitability, acceptance, service levels or outcomes. We will not represent ourselves as authorised to provide regulated services unless the necessary permissions or exemptions apply.
